Warranty Period


Any items purchased directly from our Home.tech website are covered by a warranty.

If a product has manufacturing defects or malfunctions.free repairment or replacement are accepted within 3 days of product arrival ,The replacement is done after the product has been inspected by the maintenance department.

  • Repair and Replacement Eligibility  ​

The full 1-month warranty covers repairs for manufacturing defects:

If more than three days have passed and any manufacturing defect appears within a month (not due to misuse), we will repair it free of charge within the first month only.

 Lifetime paid maintenance service is available If repairment is possible and all replacement parts are available.

If the particular item is out of stock, we may offer you a comparable product as a replacement.

Warranty Claim Process

Home.tech reserves the right to inspect the purchased product to ensure it matches your description before approving any warranty claim.

     Limitations & Customer Responsibilities

Home tech's warranty doesn't include any damage that happens because of regular usage over time during the warranty period.

Our warranty doesn't cover any issues arising from misuse, intentional harm, accidents, theft, neglect, or repairs carried out by unapproved service centers.

Customers are expected to carefully read the instruction manual and learn how to operate the product they purchase.

Customers need to ensure that they provide the appropriate power supply for certain products as instructed in the manual.

If any repairs are performed outside the Home.tech service center, the warranty may be voided.

Home tech is not liable for any inadvertent misuse of the product that could lead to damage.
