 Key Responsibilities:

▪️ Recruitment: Source and screen top talent, conduct interviews, and build a strong candidate pipeline ▪️ Employee Affairs & Payroll: Manage contracts, leaves, payroll, and administrative files ▪️ Training & Development: Build monthly training plans and track every employee's growth ▪️ Performance Management: Monitor monthly goals, run evaluations, and deliver constructive feedback


Must-Have Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of real hands-on HR experience (not internship-level — actual experience)
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration
  • Proficiency with ATS and modern HR tech tools
  • Excellent English (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
